Terms and Conditions of Competition.
These are the terms and conditions that govern the relationship between you, the entrant and Weird Fish Limited (the promoter), 15 Miller Court, Severn Drive, Tewkesbury Business Park, Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire, GL20 8DN
ELIGIBILITY
The competition is only open to residents in the UK. Entrants must be over the age of 21 and hold a valid email address.
The following people are not eligible to enter the competition:
Employees of Weird Fish, North America Travel Service, Utah Office of Tourism, Cruise America or immediate family members and associated businesses.
Weird Fish assumes that by entering the competition you have the legal capacity to do so and agree to these terms and conditions.
Entries from automated competition entry sites such as Win24, WeWin4U, Prizewise, Prize500 and PrizeDrawCentre are not valid and will be disqualified.
HOW TO ENTER
Entries can only be made online via the competition page http://www.weirdfish.co.uk/UTRVCompetition and in Weird Fish stores.
To enter the competition, you must enter/provide a valid email address, plus full name, date of birth and phone number. You must complete all information fields.
Only one entry is allowed per person.
There is no entry fee and no purchase required.
PROMOTION PERIOD
The Promotion opens on 4th September 2024 and the last date of submission (or entry) is midnight on 31st December 2024.
Entries received before or after the stated dates will be subject to the terms and conditions of our subscriber policy, if you choose to opt in to be contacted by Weird Fish or any of the associated 3rd parties but may not be entered into the prize draw. Please note you will not be contacted if you have not opted in to hearing from any of the mentioned parties, other than to be notified of the outcome on completion of the competition.
PRIZE
Winner will receive a motorhome holiday for two people to Utah, following the pre-planned Utah & The Canyons route as detailed on the North America Travel Service website.
The prize also includes two activities: a guided tour of The Narrows in Zion National Park and a Canyonlands National Park Island in the Sky tour.

North America Travel Service T’s & C’s
- 1)Promotion open to residents of Great Britain, aged 21 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.
- 2)The prize will follow the North America Travel Service ‘Utah & The Canyons by Motorhome’ itinerary, which includes two return economy class tickets from London to Salt Lake City, first night’s accommodation in Salt Lake City, 10 days’ rental of a C21 or C25 motorhome subject to availability (Inclusive of Statutory Liability Insurance, Vehicle Departure Kit, 2 x Personal Kits and 500 miles mileage package. Drivers must present a valid UK driver’s license together with a ‘named driver’ credit card to cover any extra charges.
- 3)Travel arrangements can only be made through North America Travel Service.
- 4)The prize is strictly non-transferable to another person, not applicable to destinations outside of UTAH or another holiday, or redeemable for cash.
- 5)Personal expenses, travel insurance, visa fees, spending money, meals, tours and excursions and any other incidentals are the winner's responsibility, as are any chosen upgrades requested by the winner.
- 6)Holiday Prize to be taken and completed no later than 31st December 2025. Seasonal blackout periods apply (i.e. Easter, Christmas, Labor Day and school holidays). All components of the holiday are subject to availability.

- 8)Once the holiday prize is confirmed, no changes are allowed, and cancellation will forfeit the full prize.
- 9)The winner is responsible for organising their own passport and visas.
- 10)It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure that they have fully complied with all health and immunisation requirements for the countries that they will be visiting.
- 11)Once the prize has been booked, North America Travel Service will not be liable for any failure to comply with their obligation if caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riot, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, acts of God or any other circumstances amounting to Force Majeure.
- 12)The prize winner will be contacted by phone/email on or before 10th January 2025. The holiday must be claimed within seven days, booked within one month of the winner’s notification and all travel must be completed by 31st December 2025.
Weird Fish Voucher T’s & C’s
1)The £500 voucher will be issued in the form of a promotional code, which is only valid to use at www.weirdfish.co.uk
2)The entire voucher amount must be used in one transaction as no change can be given
3)The voucher expiry date will be provided upon the point of issuing and will be valid for no less than 6 months.
The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable, and there are no cash alternatives. If, due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to provide the stated prize, we reserve the right to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value. The competition is subject to applicable UK laws.
The winner is responsible for expenses and arrangements not specifically detailed in the prize including but not limited to; travel, insurance, extra meals, drinks, and all necessary travel documents. When issued, the accommodation cannot be re-issued or changed in any way.
The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and there is no cash alternative or alternative prize of equal or greater value.
Any costs incurred over and above the basic prize are at the personal cost of the winner.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize, of equal or greater value, at the promoter’s discretion.
The prize is subject to availability and cannot be exchanged.
SELECTION OF WINNER
One (1) winner will be chosen at random from all entries on or before 10th January 2025.
The winner will be selected randomly and witnessed. The decision is final, and no discussion will be entered into concerning the outcome. The winner will be contacted by the email address supplied and if no response, by phone. Prize must be claimed within seven days of notification, or a replacement winner will be drawn at random.
Weird Fish reserves the right to select an alternative winner in the event that we have reasonable grounds for believing that a winner has contravened any of these Terms and Conditions, or if the prize is not claimed within seven days.
The name and home county of the winner will be available for one (1) month after the prize draw takes place by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Weird Competitions at the stated address.
GENERAL
By entering the competition you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by us with or without notice) and by our decisions which are final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
By entering into this competition, you are not giving Weird Fish, North America Travel Service or Utah Office of Tourism permission to contact you for other marketing purposes, unless you have opted-in to do so when entering the competition.
All changes to the Terms and Conditions will be posted in revised terms and conditions on the website.
We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misaddressed, undelivered, postage due or misdirected entries.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
